Refund Policy GoWaba

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid GoWaba software subscriptions purchased through Paddle. GoWaba is a B2B SaaS platform for WhatsApp® Business automation.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for GoWaba subscription payments processed through Paddle. This means Paddle processes payments, invoices, applicable taxes, refunds, and chargebacks for those purchases.

Subscriptions

GoWaba subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to the billing period selected at checkout. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

After cancellation, access to the paid subscription remains available until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Refunds

Because GoWaba is a digital SaaS product and access to the software is provided after purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, including in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or material technical issues that prevent normal access to the GoWaba platform.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that may apply under applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a GoWaba subscription purchased through Paddle, please contact us at legal@gowaba.com with the following information:

We may review the request together with Paddle. If a refund is approved, Paddle will process the refund back to the original payment method where possible.

Services and Consultations

This Refund Policy applies only to GoWaba SaaS subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Optional strategy calls, consulting, implementation, custom development, or other professional services are not sold or charged through Paddle.

Paid consultations booked through Upwork are subject to Upwork's own payment, cancellation, and refund policies. Other professional services, if any, are contracted and billed separately from GoWaba SaaS subscriptions.
